Continuing on yesterday’s theme of insects and nature’s diversity, we didn’t have to go far this morning to find this exquisite – and rare to this area – silver-washed fritillary butterfly (Argynnis paphia). It was lovely to enjoy this beauty flitting through the garden as we drank our coffee this morning, and Jeff was beyond excited….
