I didn’t think to take a photo of today’s highlight — a delivery of firewood and our efforts to get it all stacked in the woodshed. Our 1930’s house is pretty chilly in the winter, so a fire in the woodstove is a necessary treat when the weather turns really cold. You’ll have to trust me that we’re now well-supplied, but I promise to post photos of our first fire of the season when it happens!
Right now we’re clinging to autumn for as long as we possibly can, though my woolly-minded friends are already working on their winter scarves – this crocheted cutie showed up last night. Some little minion fan is going to be very happy and warm!
