The beautiful weather continues and my resolve to get back to my 10,000 steps a day is strengthening and gaining momentum. This morning was a repeat of yesterday — up the road, through the playing fields and down the lane past the horses. 5,000 steps logged by midmorning, with plenty of time left for more walking over the course of the day. My aching hip seems happy with this plan, and I’m delighted to see my pain lessening.
